Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
Id take Hawks in a second team share if it happens. But still keen on a box or two.

Looks like boxes will only be around the $210 mark, which is great value I think. If that's the case I might nearly take a couple.

Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
I think the above is good value for money and by increasing the very 460 subtly it makes a difference. Just another option chucking out there. As I think at $35 cert sigs are a bit hefty (pretty much pre sale price) and rookies well to low @ $14

Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
the only problem with that way is your about $200 short of the case price which is over $2600.
I think $35 is cheap for the certified sigs this year as they are numbered to 240 and not 400 like last year.

Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
My only thing with that breakdown is $6 for a base team set. (Works out $108 for the full set)
Seems high considering most people would prefer not to have it so save on postage. So I have tried to keep the common set out of the calculations and spread the cost across the other items

Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
no john I think you will find that is the base set for the whole thing (so complete base set not just team base set). by adding that I think it just evens it out between teams and people can choose wether to get the set sent to them and pay postage or leave it with you and that's where you guys can 1. make a bit of extra money (like a donation) and 2. sell the left over commons.
In regards to $200 short that can easily be altered by making rookies $22 so:
BASE SET (12) $6 EACH
CERT SIGS (12) $25 EACH
TEAM LEADERS (36) $10 EACH
ROOKIES (24) $22 EACH
CERT 460 (144) $3 EACH
MEDAL WINNER (6) $12 EACH
ALL AUSTRALIAN (72) $2 EACH
PREM REDEMPTION (1) $80
JERSEY CARD (2) $100 EACH
FOOTYS FINEST REFREACTOR (1) $120
PATCH SIG (1) $250
CASE CARD (1) $40

Re: 2016 Select Certified Case and Team Share Interest
Hey Tigerking Just for comparison I did this up to compare Eureka's to johns. Increase the rookies to $22 so in essence it would be:
Johns:
COMMON TEAM SET $2 - $24
Certified 460 $3.00 = $432
All Australian $2.50 = $180
Team Leaders $10.00 = $360
Medal Winners $12.50 = $75
Rookie Cards $20.00 = $480
Certified Signatures $35.00 = $420
Footys Finest $120 = $120
Match Worn Guernsey $120 = $240
Match Worn Guernsey Signature $270 = $270
Premiership Redemption $90 (To be determined how this is decided) = $90
=$2,691
or mine (eurekas)
BASE SET (12) $6 EACH = $72 (6 people opt not to have them)
CERT SIGS (12) $25 EACH = $300
TEAM LEADERS (36) $10 EACH = $360
ROOKIES (24) $22 EACH = $528
CERT 460 (144) $3 EACH = $432
MEDAL WINNER (6) $12 EACH = $72
ALL AUSTRALIAN (72) $2 EACH = $144
PREM REDEMPTION (1) $80 = $80
JERSEY CARD (2) $100 EACH = $200
FOOTYS FINEST REFREACTOR (1) $120 = $240
PATCH SIG (1) $250 = $250
CASE CARD (1) $40 = $40
= $2718
as you can see both bring in around the same amount but I just think the eureka version has a bit more upside for some of the lower teams collections and represents great value for all teams. Just my ten cents worth anyway but may be worth a consideration =)
